  • email address and phone number;

  • booking information (dates of stay, number of guests, preferences, etc.);

  • Payment data and tax information.

3. Purposes of the processing

  • The data is processed for the following purposes:

  • booking and stay management;

  • compliance with legal, tax and accounting obligations;

  • communication with the client.

4. Legal basis

The treatment is based on:

  • the performance of a contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, point b of the GDPR);

  • compliance with legal obligations (Article 6, paragraph 1, point c of the GDPR).

5. Data Collection

The data is collected:

  • via the contact or booking forms on the Riad SofYan website;

  • directly on site during check-in or during the stay.

6. Shelf life

The data will be kept for the duration necessary for the management of the stay, then for the period required by tax legislation, i.e. 10 years.

7. Data Communication

Data may only be communicated to external service providers providing services to the data controller (accountants, tax advisors, IT service providers, legal authorities).
No data will be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

8. Data Transfer

If data transfers take place outside the European Union, the controller guarantees compliance with the GDPR and the implementation of appropriate safeguards.

9. Rights of individuals

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to info@riadsofyan.com
